<p data-mce-fragment="1">In the event of non-conformity between the product received and that ordered, or in the event of damage noted by the customer on the day of receipt of the package due to transport conditions, the seller will exchange or refund the product. The customer must keep the seller informed by email, specifying whether he wishes to exchange the product or receive a refund by completing the complaint form available on the website.</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">Provided that the delivered product is returned to the seller in its original packaging and in perfect condition to the address communicated to the customer by e-mail, an exchange or refund will be carried out within 10 days of receipt. The product will be exchanged for a strictly identical product in stock, or, if the product is no longer available, a comparable product. If the customer wishes, the returned product will be refunded to the seller, together with the shipping costs, as soon as possible, if the seller's liability is established.</p>
